All sales are final; you may request changes to any NBCreations within 7 days after receiving your package. We keep copy's for only 30 days, you may request copy's via email at no charge. Hard copy's can be Fedex for $25.00 ground shipping, Overnight shipping is available at actual cost. Please note we require full payment before shipping out any NBCreations.
